Please note the following guidelines:

  1. Cancellation Policy:
    • All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If you need to change or cancel your order after payment, please contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
  2. Refunds:
    • Your satisfaction is our top priority. You may request a refund or reshipment for ordered products under the following circumstances:
      • You do not receive the products within the guaranteed time frame.
      • You receive the wrong item.
      • You no longer want the product you received.
    • All returned items must be unused to qualify for a refund.
    • You can submit return requests within 30 days of the item(s) being delivered. Simply send us a message through our Contact Us page.
    • For orders with free shipping, the customer will be charged the original standard shipping fee. Additionally, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Please be aware that acceptance of a return request is subject to the type of item, brand, and the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these requirements.
